Meet the Staff

Nikiski Parentshare is thrilled to announce that Miss Jamie will be returning this year as our Teacher!

Miss Jamie has been with Nikiski Parentshare for 3 years now: 2 years as a Teacher's Aid and 1 year as our Lead Teacher. 

During the 2025-2026 school year, Jamie led the students with an emphasis on play-based learning techniques, fostered their love for learning, and created fun units for the classroom including: baking, camping, construction, snow exploration and more! We are so excited to see the fun themes, projects, and learning opportunities she will continue this year!

The students stepped into the role of archeologists as they worked together to find the "dinsoaur bones."

Miss Jamie created the "bones" with modeling clay and other items, and the students used trowels, shovels, and paint brushes to carefully dig them out.

During a science unit, students created yummy pizzas for snack in the classroom, then headed to the NPS Diner in the nursery!

While it may just look like playing, this theme allowed students to explore manners, teamwork, and communication skills. 

As our families visited pumpkin patches and various fall activities on the weekends, students were able to recreate their experiences at the NPS Pumpkin Patch. 

Miss Jamie created a fun little farm stand too!
